General Job Function:

ITER PPM organizes and supervises work to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and delivery of the product fabrications.

Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

Safety
ITER PPM maintains safe and clean work environment by directing personnel on work activities ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

ITER PPM achieves high standards of production quality by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Delivery

ITER PPM is called to assign and supervise workshop activities by communicating job expectations, establishing priorities, appraising job performance, resolving problems and reporting results. He/She provides manufacturing information by completing production performance records such as manpower hour data; he/she is asked to answer questions and respond to requests. È Responsabile dell'assegnazione e il monitoraggio del lavoro, comunica le aspettative di lavoro, stabilisce le priorità, la valutazione delle prestazioni di lavoro, la risoluzione dei problemi e rapporti risultati. **Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:
Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) - Minimum Requirement:

Technical High School Diploma
Years of Experience (if applicable):
Junior: experience as senior operator with people management skills is requested as a minimum
Middle: Minimum 2 years in the role
Senior: Minimum 5 years in the role
Professional Certifications:
N/A
Skills and Competencies:
Spoken Language: English (intermediate)
Microsoft Office Knowledge (intermediate)
