What to Expect

This role directly impacts the employee's experience as a key connecter between People Department and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day to day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem solving, and escalation where needed. The Employee Advisor works extremely close with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key. This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action.

What You'll Do

• First point of contact for employee lifecycle and employee relations;
  
• Intake for employee grievances, escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up. Support HR Partners and line Managers on legalities and best practices/policies;
  
• Gatekeepers forinternal policies and create awareness for internal people processes and people support systems and tools;
  
• Pro-actively educate our employees on support available for their well-being and act as a support for employees as well as supporting their managers through HR processes
• Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raising awareness to the business
• Onboarding to new employees on people policies and practices
