What are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
BS Degree holder in Science, Engineering or Business
7y+ years of experience in ALM functions and FX/Money Market in Mainland China, preferably in a foreign bank's branch in China Mainland
Good understanding of local Banking and Global Markets regulations

Knowledge & Skills
Bloomberg, Reuters, CFETs Dealing License
Native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English

Other Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and team playing skills
Able to work in a matrix reporting structure, multi-functional and cross-cultural environment
Well-organized and meticulous
Ability to work under pressure


Overview
Job Purpose & Objectives
Participate in all the processes relative to the Management of Branch Liquidity
Participate in Money Market and FX Market Making activity

Key Responsibilities

Assist Chief Dealer in the management of Branch Balance Sheet in compliance with Regulation and internal policies: Liquidity Ratios Projections, Risk Reports, and Daily Internal Transfer Prices.

Participate in the Market Making and Risk Manage GM products (Fx Spot, Fx Fwds) with approved counterparties and clients.
Maintain trading relationship with counterparties and participate in Master Agreements Negotiations
Work closely with Sales Teamson the Client Onboarding process and Relationship Management
Keep updated on China Financial Markets trends and developments
