Il business Financial Crime FS è specializzato nello sviluppo ed enanchement del complessivo sistema dei controlli in ambito Financial Crime: antiriciclaggio, contrasto al finanziamento del terrorismo, sanzioni internazionali, fraud risk management, anti-bribery&corruption, market abuse, third parties risk management.
La risorsa Experienced verrà inserita in un team di lavoro e si occuperà di:
predisposizione e monitoraggio del piano di lavoro di un'attività progettuale (con particolare focus ai progetti di IT e Process Transformation);partecipazione a progetti di trasformazione IT e di processi in ambito Financial Crime.Esperienza nella gestione di progetti in modalità "Agile", "Lean", "Waterfall"Esperienza di coordinamento e/o supporto nella predisposizione di testbook a supporto delle attività di testing;Esperienza di monitoraggio del piano di progetto e delle stato di avanzamento delle attività;Competenze nella predisposizione di analisi funzionali e tecniche propedeutiche alla trasformazione end to end dei process;Conseguimento Certificazioni in ambito Project Management quali: "Prince 2", "PMP", "PMI Agile Certification";Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese.
