MISSIONRESPONSIBILITIES**Our PM are responsible and accountable for on-time, on-budget and on-spec delivery of their projects. They maintain project schedules, project staffing plans and budgets (direct costs, subcontracts, travel, etc.). They track all internal and external deliverables. PM work closely with members of their own program team, technical peer teams to ensure our products meet all requirements and achieve all milestones, while staying within strict budgetary constraints.- Main responsibilities are:

Program Management of Space business projects
Interface with the Customer
Coordination of internal resources and activities
Coordination and management of external Subcontractors and Suppliers
Preparation and coordination of meetings, reviews, workshops
Definition, maintenance and control of project related economics

TECHNICAL SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering or comparable qualifications.
Minimum 5 years experience in Program Management of Space missions/projects (ESA, ASI and similar Customers).
Personal attitude in team building, coordination and conflicts resolution.
Knowledge of space business standards and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of project economics (budget definition, estimatetocomplete, gross profit,...).
Fluency in spoken and written English.
