At Aryel we are looking for an Admin Specialist who will be responsible for the accounting operations, and administrative processes.

What do you need to be successful in this role? Passion for Administration, Finance, HR management, continuous learning attitude, and outstanding organizational skills.

Key Accountabilities

• Invoices and payments management
• Managing reporting to support the business
• Owning business planning and forecasting processes
• Preparation and control of administrative documentation related to personnel, including data entry
• Support the finance team on Administration and Finance related matters

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience in administration and finance management
• Experience with international invoicing is considered a plus
• Pro Excel skills are mandatory, knowing other Business Intelligence tools is a plus
• Based in Milan, however this is not mandatory
• Fluency in English is considered a plus
