    As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Global Marketing Manager.

    Position Overview:


    As the Global Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, engaging customers, and achieving remarkable sales growth in the dynamic world of loupes and headlights.

    Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer and managing the local marketing members, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with a strong focus on trade marketing, all while leveraging your deep customer-centric mindset and digital skillset.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Trade Marketing Excellence :
    Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement in the B2B2C market.
    Drive sales growth by creating innovative campaigns that captivate our audience and make us an industry leader.


    Customer Focus :
    Dive deep into understanding the unique needs and preferences of our target customers.
    Translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our audience and drive loyalty.


    Digital Expertise :
    Leverage your digital prowess to create and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
    Craft compelling social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with our global branding guidelines.


    Brand Ambassador :
    Champion our prestigious Italian Brand on a global scale.
    Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and maintain our premium positioning.
    Manage two other brands belonging to Univet, driving their success and maintaining their unique identities.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration :
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and customer service.
    Align marketing strategies with business goals and foster a culture of teamwork and shared success.


    Market Research:
    Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer behavior.
    Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation that keep us ahead of the curve.


    Budget Management :
    Efficiently manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI)

    Team Management :
    Lead and inspire in-house and subsidiary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    Proven experience in B2B2C marketing, ideally within the dental or medical industry.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on trade marketing and B2B2C.A track record of success in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

    Exceptional digital marketing skills, including social media, content, and email campaigns.
    Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    Global mindset and experience working in an international context.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
