As a Mgr, Commercial operations you will join our Commercial and Operational Excellence team and support EU Field commercial teams by streamlining processes & providing valuable & insightful analytics thru advanced e-Solutions (Qlik, Tableau, Anaplan, Salesforce ).

Role Purpose
Manage full life cycle of projects, including identification and allocation of resources and creation of project plans.
Develop, analyze and support field commercial teams on Business Ops Topics, dealing with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex MedTech business


Job Responsibilities include s:

Leads large scale Commercial & Operational excellence projects and initiatives (i.e. commercial field management, Inventory optimization, performance management)
Enhance & develop e-Solutions tools (Qlik, Tableau, SFDC, Anaplan ), accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and partnering with the business
Run Inventory Management analytics and reporting
Manage Salesforce tools and deliverables for Field Sales performance and effectiveness analytics
Create and maintain reporting and metrics for field commercial teams


Transition to and manage in Tableau & Qlik: Field sales dashboard
Work with Business operations, Strategy, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain & Finance across the organization to define & implement KPI & metrics to drive commercial execution and support EU sales force & management
Partner with Business operations, Master Data Management and Sales effectiveness teams to provide business and process requirements for all e-Solutions enhancements related to the commercial tracking
Provide training, communication, and change management within the organization on processes and tools related to the commercial analytics & tracking

Education and Experience
Master's Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or business-related area.
5-8 years' experience in sales & commercial management, sales force excellence and commercial operations
Experience in consulting, a plus

Additional Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel User
Strong knowledge of e-Solutions (Qlik, Tableau, Anaplan, Salesforce ) preferred
High analytical competence and data driven
Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, structured, proactive and results oriented
Working proficiency in English
Knowledge of healthcare sector preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation and interpersonal relationship skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
