For office in Rome, we are looking for a
Training Specialist to join our HR Team.

About the role
- you will collaborate with your Manager to identify Training needs to transform them into effective pathways oriented to the development of soft and hard skills
- you will coordinate the logistics of Training Courses, including enrolments, arranging training materials, and managing registrations
- you will manage an internal LMS for Training Programmes
- you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Training Programs through feedback and surveys.
- you will manage the Training database and keep records of training activities
- you will participate in the creation of human resources development activities and Projects
- you will be involved in Recruitment activities.

Qualifications & skills

You have at least two years of experience in Training roles.
You are fluent in English
You have strong organizational and time management skills
You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
You are able to work in a fastpaced environment

- you have a results-driven approach, excellent networking skills and dynamic working style

You are able to work autonomously, while championing team work
Experience in Recruitment will be appreciated.
