COMPANY PROFILE:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Solution finder and reference for all functions to detail the actions and projects included in the Platform strategy regarding New Product Launches and ongoing product monitoring.

Owner of major KPIs as Time to Market, Quality, Margin targets, FMEA/Design reviews and metrics to follow progress, define priorities, keep tracking the progress, ensure consistency with Financial metrics (Actuals/Budget).

Proactive driver for Platform in supporting & driving Business such as Manufacturing, Product Development Purchasing, Brands Product Management and Quality.

The position reports directly to the Platform Manager.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the schedule and monitor the progress of the activities securing the delivery of the expected results according to the original plan (Investment, BOM, new part release status, specifications, FMEA plan, test plans, sourcing plan, Manufacturing Process Plan, PPAP Plan, etc.)
Identify risks, roadblocks and propose solutions escalating to the Platform Management.
Ensure alignment of functions and partners to drive critical topics and elaborate recovery/contingency plan.
Drive the ongoing product care from launch to launch with solid project management and social skills.
Support AMSactivities and customer care problem solving.
Build a bridge between technical knowledge and financial impacts. Sparring and driver for New Product Launch inside Manufacturing and early stages of Product Development.
Pull information together for status updates, milestone reviews, readiness reviews, interfacing with the Platform team members ad supporting Business.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Bachelor or Master-Degree
Strong problem solving and critical thinking, with proactive attitude
Be customer focused and results oriented, with a "Cando" attitude and the ability to work multi task in a high volume, fastpace work environment with mínimal supervision
Selfmotivated, independently able to manage workload, excellent time management skills, able to relate well to a diverse multidiscipline development team
Good interpersonal & written communication skills at all levels from shopfloor to senior management able to demonstrate good team player skills
Organized and project management experience
Agricultural Machinery knowledge highly desirable
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
Availability to Travel within Europe
Language requirements: Fluent in English and Italian, additional languages could be a plus
