Job summary
We're looking for freelance Ground Operations Coordinators to support our day-to-day tour operations in Venice city center, primarily around St. Mark's Square and the Rialto area.Responsibilities
- Tour coordination: collect tickets, check in guests, resolve issues on the ground, and complete post-tour reports
- Manage day-to-day operations and post-tour reconciliation
- Accounting support: cash handling, ticket tracking, and operational expenses
