Global Business Development Leader - Decentralised Testing - Remote

Greater London Area, Hamburg PKI, Milan, Paris, Tres Cantos (Madrid), United Kingdom - Remote (Chalfont)The role of the Global Business Development Leader - Decentralised Testing is to first and foremost to capture the full dynamic of the Point-of-Care market in the Women's Health sector, i.e.

identifying key stakeholders across segments, understanding customer needs, competition, regulatory requirements, and defining the right market and sales channel mix.

These insights will define how the business will proceed in driving strong and sustainable growth of the current and future POC portfolio in the Women's Health segment and beyond.

The Global Business Development Leader - Decentralised Testing is responsible for the growth of the Point-of-Care portfolio within Reproductive Health, including:
Drive performance with in-depth market understanding (stakeholders, potential opportunity, regulatory environment)

Develop & implement a strategic and commercial plan for the key segments including business development initiatives

Initiate and drive impactful market shaping activities, in close collaboration with market access and public policy.

Prospect, develop and manage selected key segments to commercialize the full range of Point-of-Care Solutions through directand indirect channels

Increase the turnover of key accounts and develop the number of customers in targeted segments

Manage pricing strategies in accordance with the company objectives and goals.

Ensure continued sales growth (month, Quarter, Year)

Support and develop plans/programs to ensure long term sales growth (multi-year contract management, establishment of commercial partnership)

Grow and develop a team in line with the strategy developed

Education
Master Degree qualification or equivalent through experience


Requirements:


3 5 years of experience in business development, product management or Key account management ideally within the point-of-care testing space.

Strong understanding of the healthcare market

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Entrepreneurial team player with a strategic mindset.

You are action oriented and driven for results

Proven track record of working collaboratively in a matrix organization

Advanced negotiation skills

You can work independently (self-motivated) and understand the importance of teamwork

Prepared to travel internationally approximately 25%

This role will be home based anywhere in western Europe close to an international airport.
