1101-SG) the Milano Office branch is looking for a:

RECEPTIONIST- LUXURY SECTOR

The resource will be directly hired by a multinational company specialized in the luxury wristwatches market. That corporation was founded in 1875 in Switzerland e its brand has been known throughout 88 countries. Currently, about 1,200 employees (of which 900 in Switzerland) ensure the products is spreading all over the world.


What you'll do:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Taking care of the office management
Arrange meetings both inside and outside of the office
Assisting in all office duties including post, filing, printing, scanning etc.
Assisting with holding travel &
hotels, managing travelaccounts, booking cars and all areas of travel management
Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls &
Bookingcouriers, organizing deliveries of all kinds
Assisting with communication with personal vendors and scheduling of appointments
Compiling &
managing contact lists of various genres
Compiling &
reconciling travel expenses


Requirements:

Previous front desk experience
Strong organisational skills in order to co-ordinate meetings and events
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi task &
prioritize workload
Ability to manage own workload and prioritize well, working under pressure
Ability to work with high integrity and confidence (will be exposed to sensitive information)
Strong computer skills on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment
A positive attitude and a willingness to get involved in all tasks
Fluent in Italian and English (C1 Level)
