    Incident and Request Management through our ITSM toolset Service NowTeamcenter Account Management across a variety of Air platformsContribute to, and maintain a support knowledge baseProvide specialist advice on toolset usage to the userbaseInfrastructure Monitoring and trend analysisReporting on toolset data, and service statisticsOngoing Professional Development on Aerospace toolsets

    Your skills and experiences:

    Extensive knowledge of IT support and Siemens Teamcenter PLM toolsetsUnderstanding of IT Service Delivery, and a very proficient IT professionalExperience of a Design and/or Manufacturing environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsAwareness of ITIL V4 TerminologyExperience of supporting CAD tools
