ZADIG & VOLTAIRE is looking for a Store Manager to join our new team in San Remo

The Store Manager is expected to:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
  • Sales analysis
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ensuring administrative work (planning, shifts, focus )
  • Running the store
  • Managing the effective team
  • Evaluate the training needs of store employees
  • Follow all Loss Prevention practices and protect company assets
  • Respect and communicate positively about our brand
  • Ensure stock management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Manager
  • Able to achieve great performance
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Flexible with hours and able available to work weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ITALIAN & ENGLISH REQUIRED

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato


Stipendio:
€32.000,00 - €34.000,00 all'anno


Orario:

  • Dal lunedì al venerdì
  • Weekend

Tipi di retribuzione supplementare:

  • Bonus
