Job Scope


The Fleet Manager is responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for Company Car Long Term Renting, maintaining strong relationships with Procurement & HR departments and fleet providers.


He/She plays play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process, vehicle ordering, in life management and the de-fleet process.

The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, a high-level service standard towards Company Cars Program eligible users, as well as in guaranteeing the fleet is optimized in volume and turnover.

Key


Responsibilities:


Vehicle Management:


Work closely with HR and Procurement Dept for keeping the Cars list updated defining which vehicles are eligible for the Program.

Oversee the ordering, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles, ensuring cost-effectiveness, reliability and mínimal disruption during vehicle replacements.

Facilitate the end-of-lease process and vehicle returns.

Serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle-related queries and incidents.

Monitor fleet costs and ensure their optimization

Manage monthly supplier invoices and fine management with the Administration dept. and HR Administration


Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with fleet providers to ensure timely service delivery.

Partner with Procurement Department in managing key suppliers to deliver contracted service levels

Liaise with fleet providers to assure repairs and regular maintenance for the fleet are organized.

Assist with ad hoc requests from Management and internal Stakeholders

Work closely with Finance Department to develop strategies for improved cost efficiency


Reporting & Data Analysis:

Utilize data analysis tools to monitor vehicle full costs, preparing insightful reports to inform decision-making.


Compliance and Safety:

Ensure fleet operations comply with regulations and safety standards (in connection with EHS Dept), mitigating liability risks.

Assist with the drafting and implementation of effective policies and processes regarding fleet operations

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Degree or diploma in logistics, supply-chain management, or a similar discipline

Previous work experience in fleet management, logistics and transportation or Procurement preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Solid Customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency in both spoken and written English
