We are looking for:

Solvay Specialty Polymers Italy SpA with headquarters in Bollate (Milano) is looking for an ADL Elastomeric Processing Lab Technician.

We count on you for:

Comply with Solvay HSE standards and procedures
Contribute to the continued development of HSE standard and procedures
Perform trials and experiments focussed at assessing a materials process ability
Characterize prototypes
Collect and document information and process data to perform basic data analysis
Provide a summary either via reports or presentations of trials, experiments and test results
Work as part of a global department and in crossfunctional teams
Take a lead in the management of material and part inventory

You can count on us for:

Practical experience in the processing of Solvay Elastomeric Materials or a similar discipline
Practical experience with elastomers compounding (internal lab mixers and/or tworoll mills) and molding technologies with subsequent testing for the evaluation of physical/mechanical properties of prototypes
A basic understanding of material characteristics and properties

You will bring:

High School degree in Chemistry or equivalent
Demonstrate their ability to overcome obstacles and to work with limited supervision
Express an interest in their daily tasks and a desire to continually develop and learn
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to form new relationships
Positive attitude
Good time management skills
Diligence and attention to detail
