- Rappresentare l'azienda in modo efficace;
- Studiare, sviluppare e implementare il mercato Estero in ordine allo sviluppo della società;
- Definire, in accordo con la Direzione Generale, la strategia commerciale maggiormente idonea per consentire l'inserimento, sul mercato che più interessa, dei prodotti realizzati dall'azienda.
- Effettua una ricerca sistematica nel mercato di nuove opportunità commerciali in Paesi target con potenzialità di penetrazione dei prodotti;
- Pianifica le azioni di vendita, programmando le visite in funzione della tipologia di clientela e delle priorità definite;
- Identificazione, sulla base delle conoscenze pregresse, delle Region in cui concentrare l'attività di sviluppo commerciale;
- Collabora alla stesura del budget e alla definizione delle nuove esigenze di mercato;
- Interpreta le esigenze del cliente e individua le proposte commerciali alternative nel rispetto della soddisfazione del cliente e dei vincoli tecnico-strategici e di pricing prefissati;
- Diploma/Formazione di livello accademico | con orientamento in meccanica;
- Necessaria esperienza pluriennale di vendita nel ruolo di Export Area Manager all'interno di aziende manifatturiere con prodotto proprio | macchine O&M;
- Necessaria confidenza con le dinamiche di vendita nel canale distributivo di riferimento nel mercato estero;
- Necessaria conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- Necessaria disponibilità a trasferte e a partecipare a fiere di settore.
