Customer Service

  • Welcome, assist and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member
  • Support visitors by providing site & local knowledge
  • Manage incoming & outgoing mail including courier services
  • Check & replenish all pantry & stationery supplies
  • Check pantry area to ensure tidiness & all crockery / cutlery correctly stored
  • Support successful delivery of office events
Meeting Services

  • Carry out meeting room checks to ensure the space & services are fully functioning.
  • Book hospitality as per client requests and according to site procedures
Facilities Support

  • Manage all work orders raised by Aon colleagues through to completion
  • Work with Line Manager & service partner to ensure all planned maintenance is carried out on time & in a safe manner
  • Carry out weekly cleaning inspections using JLL tool, raising any concerns to service provider & Line Manager
  • Liaise with service partners to ensure service delivery meets contracted standards

  • Liaise with landlord on behalf of client in daily operational matters
  • Raise POs in JLL system & support Line Manager with finance management for assigned property
HSE, Security & Quality

  • Demonstrate permanent high level of security awareness, knowledge of emergency
evacuation procedures & procedures for visits from local authorities

  • Issuing of ID and access badges for new hires/vendors/visitors and maintaining record of same, in accordance with client security policy
  • Monitor and maintain office and badge consumables in line within agreed stock levels.
  • Maintain the security signin process
  • Carry out monthly health & safety property inspections, reporting findings to Line Manager & HSSE Lead
  • Ensure all contractors complete JLL orientation checklist
  • Updating and maintaining the notice board with list of Monitor First Aiders & Fire Marshals
  • Monitor First Aid equipment and ensuring they are checked & restocked
  • Participate at client H&S Committee quarterly meeting
  • Understand & actively support JLL's Quality Management program
