Responsabilities

  • Control and plan the operation of trains of NTV project and be responsible for managing Alstom's fleet maintenance plan in order to deliver fleet availability and performance to our customer
  • Ensure an effective maintenance plan is developed and managed on a daytoday basis
  • Support the Fleet Operations manager (NTV Fleet manager) with all aspects of the fleet planning maintenance plan
  • Liaise with Production to ensure all high priority defects are planned efficiently
  • Liaise with Depot Planner to ensure all high priority defects are planned efficiently
  • Respond to Production initiatives in a timely manner
  • Manage train failures and infrastructure disruption in real time and adjust the plan accordingly
  • Communicate fleet availability, performance and the maintenance plan to all areas of the Business
  • Supervise daily production and technical meeting
  • Interface with Reliability & Engineering for Fleet/Mods, etc.
  • Interface with the Supply Chain to ensure that adequate provisions are made to meet the Production plans.
  • Translating preventive plan activities, production and commercial service issues within working orders (Service Order)
  • Attendance at the daily planning meetings (8:30 mandatory and 16:30 when required)
  • Playing on the whiteboards in the war room of the maintenance slots scheduled during the planning meetings
  • Bringing into default planning items special request coming from all project team and scheduling them using SAP system
  • Interface with Customer fleet Control Room about all cumulated delays for outcoming trains from Depot
  • Attendance at any extraordinary planning meeting to face contingency
  • Reporting all special activities status within dedicated figures, graphs and gants
  • Creating and releasing of notifications and service orders related to corrective activities and preventive ones, if required
  • Managing, when required, also maintenance planning for Plants, other of Nola Depot.

Skills & education

Education/Istruzione:

Languages/Lingue:
English mandatory, French preferred.


Experiencies/Esperienze:

  • Supervisory/managment expirience
  • Planning experience preferable
  • Experience of woking in a manintenance environment
  • Experience of working in a process/production environment
  • Experience in process supervision/management
  • Experience of customer interface and dealing with situations under pressure

Technical competencies/Competenze tecniche:

  • Good IT skills, especially SAP (CS / PM modules), Microsoft Office is required
  • Raylways and train system instruction/knowledge is preferred.
