Posizione:
Software Inside è alla ricerca di un Cloud Application Engineer Junior, la risorsa inserita si occuperà di fornire supporto tecnico di primo e secondo livello per l'utilizzo della piattaforma Google Workspace da parte del cliente, garantendo assistenza tempestiva e competente per problematiche operative, amministrative e tecniche relative ai servizi inclusi nella suite (es. Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, ecc.).
Requisiti:
Supporto di Primo Livello
- Assistenza su problemi di accesso e login (reset password, autenticazione)
- Supporto base per l'uso di Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, ecc.
- Configurazione iniziale di account, alias e gruppi semplici
- Gestione firme, filtri, risposte automatiche
- Invio/ricezione e-mail: trouble shooting di base
- Supporto all'utilizzo del Google Workspace su dispositivi mobili
- Verifica stato dei servizi tramite Google Workspace Status Dashboard
Supporto di Secondo Livello (Tecnico/Specialistico)
- Diagnostica avanzata per errori su Gmail, Drive, Calendar e altri servizi, inerenti comunque la fornitura in oggetto Google workspace. Non terze parti
- Supporto per sincronizzazione e-mail con client (Outlook, Apple Mail, ecc.) e tool Google GWMMO
- Gestione permessi avanzati su Drive
- Configurazioni su Google Admin Console (utenti, policy, gruppi complessi)
- Supporto su Vault, compliance, regole di conservazione e sicurezza
- Troubleshooting di problematiche non documentate
- Apertura e gestione ticket con il supporto ufficiale Google.
