For one of the largest online travel agencies Adecco Italia SpA is looking for an Account Executive Legally Protected Category (Law 68/99) in Italy

This job role will be based in Venice.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal profile has the following features:

  • Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills;
  • Fluent English and Italian both written and spoken (mandatory);
  • Affinity/experience within etravel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;
  • Proactive, sense of responsibility and can work independently;
  • Ability to convince partners on the phone to implement suggestions;
  • Flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Team player, motivated and enjoys working in etravel and hospitality;
  • Business focused;
  • Positive attitude;
  • School or University education in the hotel industry preferred.

Responsabilità:
Key Responsabilities

As an Account Executive your main task will be:

  • providing support to new and existing accommodation partners, contacting, informing and advising them about how to meet the demands of the visitors on the Customer website.
  • You will build the accommodation partners webpages and training the new partners on how to use the Customer's extranet and how to use the systems that can improve their availability and supply.
  • Furthermore you will offer support to the Account Managers with various tasks at the office.
  • Daily and proactive communication with partners in your region by telephone, by internal messaging and occasionally in person to assist with the development of the business;
  • To build productive relationships with partners to ensure that they offer the best availability and pricing structure;
  • Discussing opportunities with partners that will help improve business by using Customer's internal tool of priority setting;
  • To be the first point of contact for key local accommodation partners, answering questions and queries, taking action as needed;
  • Participating in weekly team learning in your office;
  • Advising accommodation partners regarding their (potential) webpages on the Customer's website and how they can amend data with respect to supply, availability, specials, promotions;
  • To be a liaison person for properties to contact when they have questions by phone and the Account Managers are unavailable;
  • To provide support to properties in building the webpage for accommodations and/or maintaining right and correct property information on the Customer website;
  • To look after IT/administrative tasks;
  • In consultation with the Account Managers, to provide information support to the Company for new and existing accommodations;
  • To conduct daily/weekly rate and availability checks on various platforms;
  • To assist in the preparation of market visits, operational planning and projects;
  • You will also need to be versatile, flexible and adapt quickly to the latest guidelines/changes from the customer's guideline.

  • The salary will be based on a fixed bases plus bonus, based on the performances (4 times per year)
