We are looking for an exceptional Beauty Advisor to join our expanding team. This is initially a contract position with the potential of a permanent opportunity after six months.

Your primary responsibility is to generate in-store sales, contribute to brand awareness and retail sales to influence brand's in-store success.

You will drive sales performance, ATV/AUS growth, personal development and growth of the customer database by providing excellent & exceptional customer service.

Some responsibilities include:

To deliver exceptional customer service to all potential/actual customers.
To consistently achieve and deliver the KPI targets.
To develop excellent instore relationships with management/peers.
To know and understand sales achievements, figures and data and to have personal accountability for all deliverables.
To demonstrate an in depth and fluent knowledge of all the products, collections, features and benefits through detailed training with the education team.

Work Location, Territory, and work week

This role is based instore.
This is a fulltime role with 2 days off per week.
This schedule requires a minimum of 3 weekends a month to be worked.
