    You will be placed in the Digital Customer Operations Area, within the Smart Care team, which serves as the reference point for our private clients and families. Specifically, you will manage customer interactions through chat, video chat, community forums, email, or telephone. You will provide comprehensive support to both clients and colleagues, working closely with all departments to resolve requests. Additionally, you will gather valuable feedback to guide clients in optimizing their use of available services. You will leverage your analytical skills and critical thinking to contribute ideas for process optimization and the implementation of digital channels.
