We are currently seeking new talented individuals to join our Danieli Centro Met Team.

Job Title:
Slab Casting Process Technologist**
Location: Danieli HQ (Buttrio)

Responsibilities:

Define the slab casting process regarding the methods and equipment to be used
Develop slab casting process complex simulations
Develop calculations and documentation to be used to prepare the setup of the caster
Working in team or continuous comparison on problems and criticalities

Technical Requirements:

Engineering/technical degree (eg.chemical, metallurgy, materials, mechanics)
At least 3 years of experience and proven track record in steel processing studies, process simulation and project development
Knowledge of the main mechanical processes

Soft Skills:

Versatility and results orientated
Organization and coordination skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Availability for short national and worldwide business trips
