Wea re searching for a Safety Officer

Professional Requirements:

Capability to coach people on aviation safety matters
Proven experience in Aeronautical Companies, leading group of people in Quality / Safety Management organizations
Understanding of maintenance standards and continuing airworthiness concepts and principles
Good Knowledge of Aerospace manufacturing / maintenance processes
Knowledge of EASA Part 145, experience with Airworthiness Authorities relationship (ENAC, FAA, TCCA, CAAC, CAA)
Strong capability to lead Root Cause Analysis processes, using adequate tools (5 WHYs, Fishbone, Fault Tree, RedX)
Understanding of mechanical Design

Appreciated skills:

EN9100 Auditor training

Personal Qualities:

Communication Skills
Strong Technical / Quality Skills
Goals Oriented, focus on results

Education:

Engineering degree (Aerospace or Mechanical preferred)
Microsoft Office Tools capability

Languages:

Fluent English, French is a plus

Travels:

Travels within Turin Luserna San Giovanni and Brugherio
Available to national / international travels
