    On behalf of our client, a licensed EMI based in Nicosia, GRS Recruitment are looking for a Product Owner to join their growing team. The successful candidate will function as the bridge between the business development and technology teams combining their strong organizational and communication skills. If you have the necessary set of skills for this Nicosia based Product Owner role, GRS Recruitment look forward to hearing from you today. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle and product delivery, product roadmap definition and communication.
  • Develop new product opportunities, through market research
  • Run and review analytics and qualitative user research to measure success and make sure we're providing value to our users
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect information, understand their needs and ensure products and initiatives are delivered on time.
  • Work with internal business teams to understand their needs and translate the needs into Platform features.
  • Prepare technical specifications requirements.
  • Write PRD & MRD
  • Serving as a liaison between product and development
  • Improve current UX experience through ongoing market research and competitive analysis
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in Banking or Fintech industry
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred)
  • Product Management or Product Owner certifications on Agile project methodology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Good understanding of Jira or other agile delivery tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
