    TAS SpA, multinazionale specializzata in soluzioni software per la monetica, i pagamenti, i mercati finanziari e i sistemi per l'Extended Enterprise, ricerca per le proprie sedi di Milano o Roma una figura di Help Desk Agent con esperienza nel settore IT/Fintech, che abbia voglia di unirsi al nostro team Support specializzato nell'assistenza tecnica ai clienti sui nostri prodotti.

    Nello specifico, la nostra area Support ha tra gli obiettivi principali quello di assicurare la soddisfazione del cliente nella fase di post produzione, garantendo il monitoraggio e il rispetto degli SLA di servizio.

    Principali Responsabilità:

    La risorsa selezionata verrà affiancata e seguita da personale senior altamente qualificato, e avrà l'opportunità di intraprendere un percorso di formazione on the job, volto ad accrescere competenze attraverso le seguenti attività:

    • Gestione delle richieste di supporto e della comunicazione con i clienti in collaborazione con il resto del team
    • Supporto ai colleghi più senior nello svolgimento delle attività di Incident management e nella gestione di particolari eventi o fasi (es. prove di disaster recovery)
    • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo del livello di servizio

    Requisiti professionali:

    • Diploma e/o Laurea ad indirizzo informatico;
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
    • Fondamenti del supporto tecnico remoto (es. help desk, trouble ticketing e affini)
    • Conoscenza di base dei processi di Application Management (es. ITIL)
    • Conoscenza base di sistemi operativi (Unix e altri)
    • Gradita buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca

    • Flessibilità e buona capacità di gestione di situazioni complesse
    • Capacità analitiche, organizzative e problem solving
    • Orientamento al risultato e predisposizione a collaborare all'interno di un team
    • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
