We offer you a unique opportunity to be part of our RME team where you can put into practice all the knowledge you have acquired with your studies and continue learning as part of a team of first-class professionals.

In addition, during your journey you will continue learning within a training itinerary for the development of technical skills and competences.

You will learn planning, prioritization, develop analytical and communication skills, and teamwork while solving technical problems.

We enable you to develop and apply solid technical as well as interpersonal and communication skills.

A mentor from the Automation Engineer Team (AE Team) will support you to successfully advance in these areas.

You will follow over 300 hours of theoretical and practical training on various subjects such as electric and electronic systems, automation and robotics, project management and communication.

At the end of the program, you will be fully trained to be eligible for an Automation Engineer position in our maintenance teams.

As an apprentice, you will work with the AE Team on site, responsible for controls systems and sensors.

You will actively monitor, fault find and repair systems to provide high equipment availability to internal customers.

You will also train technicians on control systems fault finding to raise the level of knowledge within the site.

You will participate in continuous improvement projects and work with IT, EU Controls Engineering and Operations Engineering to ensure correct documentation and backup libraries are maintained.

This role includes working in a non-traditional shift pattern, including nights and weekends.

To be eligible for our apprenticeship program, you must:

Be between 18 and 29 years old.

Have a bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering or achieve it before the start of the program.

Speak Italian fluently and demonstrate good communication skills.

Communicate in English at Level B2 or higher.

Understand and follow verbal or written technical instructions.

Be passionate about Automation and Engineering and want to start a career in this area.

Be motivated and have a practical approach.

Acquire a commitment to learn, develop and get involved.

Have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).

Work well in a team and build relationships with others.

Preferred qualifications include experience in electrical engineering or related fields, project management and software developer experience.
