- Oversee SAP system maintenance planning and implementing upgrades and ensuring system integrity and efficiency
- Lead service delivery both in on-prem and cloud environments,
- Manage budget, cost and relationship with internal team and external partners
- SAP project implementations and upgrades
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration and management
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis administration tasks (system installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning and troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with database administration (SAP HANA) and database performance tuning, backup, and recovery procedures
