    Afstudeerstage Financial Controller

    Arriva Italia, the Italian branch of the Arriva Group - one of Europe's leading mobility operators - is looking for a proactive and analytical Business Controller to join our Finance Team in Italy.

    • Support commercial performance through high-quality reporting, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Work closely with local business teams and engage regularly with UK Headquarters.

    We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 5-6 years of experience in finance or controlling. Ideal candidates will have a mix of experience from Big Four consulting firms (or similar) plus corporate controlling roles. A strong understanding of P&L structures, management accounting, financial planning (Budget/Forecast), and performance analysis is essential.

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related field required.
    • Italian: Native or professional proficiency English: Fluent (both written and spoken), essential for frequent interaction with UK Headquarters).
