Starcom is looking for an International Media Lead for Stellantis in its Milan office
This position would see you take the overall lead for client management, central operations and strategy for one of our flagship accounts: Stellantis group, one of the largest Automotive players globally; working across iconic brands such as Jeep, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Opel, Vauxhall, Lancia, Abarth, etc. You will drive Stellantis and local Starcom teams to the next level in digital strategy, planning, innovation, operations, and best practice.

Your to-do list:
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: be the primary point of contact for the brand, owning the entire process and become the expert. Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responsiveness. Provide leadership for your direct report and help nurture their development. Work with our cross functional teams to collaborate on plan structure and implementation.
GLOBAL COORDINATION: work with our markets around Europe for the delivery of client needs. Implement existing processes and workflows while keeping our teams accountable for the tasks asked of them. Brief local teams on campaigns and provide guidance on what is expected of them for each brief. Communicate effectively with teams by leading regular meetings to foster strong relationships.
CLIENT LEADERSHIP: become a trusted partner for our client by fostering a strong relationship through strong communication and collaboration. Take ownership of the brand and provide value for the client through a hands-on approach. Have a firm understanding on campaign planning elements such as: briefings, responses, role of media, reporting, results in order to guide client discussions.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL: be responsible for managing all aspects of the brand globally, from plan development to budget tracking and campaign results. Be organized and process driven person, keeping track of plans and briefs, while also managing deadlines. Work with internal teams in areas of planning, reporting, analytics, measurement.

Starcom is looking for an International Media Lead for its Milan offices
We are searching for an International Media Brand Lead for one of our large global clients across our network. The International Brand Lead will deliver excellence in client account leadership and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams around the world, forging strong relationships and supporting them in developing best in class media campaigns.
If you have:
• At least 6 years of agency experience (prior agency experience preferred; client experience acceptable);
• Global/International experience (strongly preferred);
• Understanding of digital media ecosystem;
• History of managing omnichannel campaigns;
• Automotive category experience (preferred not required);
• Strategy background;
• Familiarity with activation and financial reconciliation.
If you can:
• Effectively Manage Projects and People;
• Read and Interpret Data;
• Speak English fluently - this is must as this is a global role along with Italian.
• Proficiently use the Microsoft Suite of programs.
