    Remote Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled Contracting and Purchasing Manager to join our team in Italy.

    This role will be instrumental in managing supplier contracts across the country, driving business growth in the ground transportation and travel technology sector.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Contracting Director to develop and implement strategies for expanding our product offering in Italy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and contract new ground transportation suppliers and freelance drivers across the region.
    • Negotiate competitive pricing with both new and existing suppliers, ensuring the best value in the market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on key objectives.
    • Stay abreast of local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

    Requirements:

    • Proven expertise in the ground transportation or transfers market, or experience in a similar role within the travel sector.
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing advantageous contracts.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions.

    Benefits:
