- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar.
- A natural communicator – empathetic, clear, and human-first.
- Curious, proactive, and energized by solving challenges.
- Organized and detail-oriented, but always see the bigger picture.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Spanish is a strong plus.
