    Scope and Purpose


    As Business Director and part of the SCF deals team based in Milan, support the Head of the desk in coordinating and supervising the activity of ISP international SCF desks and have the responsibility of providing periodic reports to the Top Management.

    • Coordinate, working closely with the Head of SCF deals and the rest of the team, the information flow between HO in Milan and local desks located in New York, Singapore, London, Paris, Luxembourg and in other branches with SCF activity (Warsaw, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, etc.)

    • As part of the SCF team, responsible of producing periodic reports in relation to revenues, approved credit lines, utilization, risk weighted assets and submit them to the Top Management and P&C

    • Support local desks in the due diligence process of locally originated transactions and supervise the credit process in coordination with the relevant Head of Industry and Global Relationship Managers

    • Support local desks and the Head of the team in developing a global origination and commercial strategy being exposed to the SCF global market and in contact with other Financial Institutions

    • Support the Head of the Desk, in co-ordination with the respective Global Relationship Manager, in developing the bank's primary market presence to facilitate the marketing of Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable Finance products

    • Support the local desks in preparing SCF business proposals and product support notes and in monitoring the credit submission process

    • Have an active role in the origination of new business opportunities in the SCF area with Banks, Third Party Platforms and Corporate clients

    • Being the entry point in HO for the international SCF desks

    Required Experience


    Deep Knowledge of the Supply Chain and Receivables finance business developed in at least 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain Finance and Receivable Finance business area, preferably within a bank or financial Institution

    Competencies Required



    • Ability to effectively identify, develop and maintain customer relationships that will generate SCF transactions

    • Understanding of the Bank's global network, its resources and products

    • Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to adequately assess the credit, country , documentary and market risks inherent in each transaction and to effectively convey such evaluation in a written transaction proposal format

    • Problem solving/decision making - ability to multi-task in a dynamic and international business environment

    • Strong language, analytical and interpersonal skills

    • Ability and willingness to effectively communicate, both written and orally, in English with senior management and colleagues with respect to policy and business strategies related to the Desk's activities

    • Strong client communication skills with ability to develop relationships with clients
