We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Operations are now seeking a talented Retoucher to join the Studio team.

Retouch Team Leader

This job position is open to people registered in the list of protected categories (CATEGORIE PROTETTE) pursuant to Italian Law 68/99

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

Retouch product photography images to a high standard;
Ensure colour consistency between image and physical product;
Name and maintain digital asset file/structure organisation and upload images to web servers;
Crop images and maintain file size specification guidelines;
Perform quality assurance on all images;
Be responsible for completion of work to daily and weekly deadlines;
Be proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the service of the studio team;
Carry out ad hoc duties within art department/editorial when required;
Liaise with other departments involved in the studio process;

The type of person we are looking for:

High technical proficiency in Macintosh OS and Photoshop;
Graduate or similar in a Visual Arts related degree;
Strong retouching skills;
Proven experience retouching product photography;
Previous experience working within a digital photographic studio;
Strong understanding of colour correction and adjustment layers;
Proven ability to work efficiently on a high volume of images and meet challenging deadlines;
Proactive and able to take initiative;
Excellent eye for detail; _
