    Job Description The role

    We're looking for a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join the Strategic Partnerships team for the France/ Italy/ Switzerland region, with a key focus on France.

    You'll lead the discovery, commercial negotiation, integration and go-to-market for new partners headquartered in these markets. Once live, you'll be the partner's advocate within to ensure their on-going growth.

    Based in Paris and reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you'll have a key role over how partners in these markets and abundant opportunity to grow your scope and career through demonstrated impact.


    This role is highly cross-functional, where you'll work with some of the brightest minds in payments & fintech across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

    With a combination of strategy, scrappiness, and grit, you'll develop relationships with influential e-commerce players and design innovative partner programs to bring best-in-class solutions to our customers.

    How you'll make an impact

    Drive more revenue to the FR/IT/CH markets through partnership channels, working in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.

    Manage partner programs and execute strategy to scale channel sales.
    Manage and nurture established partnerships to enable our partners' growth, increase the adoption of , strengthen and expand our relationships
    Plan, hunt and land new partners headquartered in France / Italy / Switzerland across digital payment verticals such as retail, digital goods and FinTechs
    Become an expert on 's product offering, complementary ecosystem technologies, product roadmap and company vision Grow 's presence by strategically positioning our solutions and closely aligning to partners' differentiators and market coverage
    Qualifications What we're looking for
    Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles at a technology, e-commerce, payments, or financial services company
    Understanding of payments preferred, or ability to quickly learn sophisticated concepts
    Confident in relationship building and public speaking
    Able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, driven, and organized
    Collaborative and open, with experience working with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams preferred
    Well-connected in the e-commerce or fintech space, preferably with a network of key agency and SI partners
