PosizioneWithin the Omnichannel Department, based in Rome, we are looking for an Online Retail Director.Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, the selected candidate will lead Bvlgari's global e-commerce business, ensuring a seamless digital retail experience aligned with the brand's luxury positioning. This role will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing the online merchandising activities, enhancing customer engagement, leading the technical development of the ecommerce product and integrating online retail with all other touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & P&L Management

Scorra verso il basso per scoprire quali competenze, esperienze e titoli di studio sono necessari.Define and execute the global e-commerce vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Brand objectives.Position the online boutique as a flagship retail channel, delivering luxury storytelling, service excellence, and seamless integration with all client touchpoints.Own and manage the global e-commerce P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.Set and monitor key performance indicators (sales, conversion, traffic, AOV, CLV, Drive-to-Store), ensuring strong omnichannel synergies between online and offline channels.
Client Experience & Performance
Champion a best-in-class luxury digital client experience across the full journey, from discovery to post-purchase service.Lead advanced personalization strategies, including the deployment of data-driven tools, product recommendations, content optimizationPartner with Media and CRM teams to drive qualified traffic, optimize conversion and retention, and ensure strong performance always aligned with Brand DNA.Leverage performance data and analytics to optimize the customer journey and inform commercial and marketing decisions.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead the global e-commerce team, fostering collaboration, agility, innovation, and a healthy work environment, ensuring trust between collaborator and efficient assignment of prioritiesPartner cross-functionally with Retail, CRM, Digital Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, and Communication teams to ensure aligned execution and operational excellence.
Responsabilità del lavoroQualifications/ Professional Capabilities
10+ years of experience in luxury or premium e-commerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing large-scale online businesses (multi-market, multi-category).Strong P&L management experience and analytical acumen.Deep understanding of luxury retail customer behavior, omnichannel dynamics, and digital innovation.Experience working in a global matrix organization.Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Italian or French) are a plus.
