    Job Title: Regional Business Growth Manager


    We are seeking a seasoned and globally-minded professional to spearhead the expansion of our payments ecosystem across Russia, CIS, and emerging global corridors. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in payments, fintech, or crypto, strong local market understanding, and a proven track record of driving regional growth.



    Requirements:



    • Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs (Payment Service Providers), payment gateways, fintech partners,
        Web3 projects community leaders,
        and other growth channels.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development Team - Product Management Team - Card Payment Operations - Fiat Channels & Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases effectively.

    • Provide valuable insights on market trends, partner feedback, competitive analysis, to optimize product direction for business success.
