Project Manager, CEO Office

What you will be doing

This role is based at our headquarters in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will be a core member of the CEO Office team.


You'll report to Our Chief of Staff and you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, establish project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget while meeting exceptional quality standards.


Namely you will:

  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Planning project implementation activities in detail
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment amongst team members
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Track project costs and risks and implement cost control measures when necessary
  • Manage, organise and coordinate project teams by engaging all stakeholders (Business, IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk & Control, external suppliers)
  • Work closely with Satispay Co-Founders and Key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of toppriority projects

  • 2+ years of experience as project manager in a fastgrowing environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to influence, motivate, create consensus in the project team by solving potential conflicts;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be clear and effective towards all stakeholders involved: colleagues, stakeholders etc.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • A strong passion for organisation and processes, for new technologies/trends and emerging methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools is a plus
  • Fluent knowledge of English both written and spoken
Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus.


Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock option plan available.
