Position Summary
Define and implement sales strategies and activities in the LFD Reseller Channel, coordinating and monitoring Agents in reaching the assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, propose and implement national sales strategies / activities to increase revenues, market share, brand awareness and coverage of Samsung in the LFD channel;
- Maximise Samsung LFD product and solutions sales through the whole Channel by the implementation of the Samsung IT strategy;
- Develop a successful B2B channel by the identification, engagement and development of new agreed targeted LDF specialized resellers in addition to developing existing ones, and by supporting the definition and execution of Channel programs;
- Directly support the Agents in engaging Resellers or Enterprise customers, if deemed necessary by the importance of the involved deal;
- Communicate with ITD LFD Product Management to define the correct positioning and pricing of products and solutions to achieve the required level of profitability;
- Engage closely with Samsung departments including product marketing, channel marketing, order processing and sales administration to ensure highest levels of service for the LFD Channel and their customers;
- Liaise with Professional Service department to provide customers with technical expertise about features, demos, maintenance, customization of product and/or solutions, postsales support;
- Ensure that deals are closed and contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory;
- Work closely with the Distribution dept. and Distribution account managers to define sales forecasting and product availability / allocation for the LFD Channel;
- Assign agencies targets and commissions, define Agent contracts liaising closely with the Legal dpt.;
- Collect sales data and monitor sales volumes, revenues against forecasts and targets.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Educational Background :
Bachelor, Master preferably in Economics;
Professional Background: 10-15 years exp in IT B2B LFD Channel Sales (Products and Solutions).
Computer Knowledge:
Excellent MS Office tools.
Language Knowledge:
Very good written English; good spoken English.
Travel required: 40% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.
