With Oracle Hospitality, our customers can elevate their hotel and food and beverageoperations, and create guest moments that Implementation Consultant's primary purpose is to provide the delivery of our Oracle Hospitality OPERA technologysuite to our customers. The Implementation Consultant provides guidance on implementation, configuration, trainingand go live practices. Working in conjunction with Sales & Presales representatives, Hotel Consulting ImplementationManager, Project Management team, and other team leaders. You will operate under minimal supervision and achieveresults through strong subject matter expertise, leadership, collaboration and teamwork. The ability to communicateeffectively internally and with our customers organization is a successful applicant will be responsible for the installation and configuration activities, manager and end-user training,customer live processes and post live assistance. These activities are performed either on premises or Implementation Consultant is a key team member for a successful project delivery and works very closely with theProject Manager to keep all project stakeholders informed of progress and challenges with the delivery activities on aregular basis through to successful project of this role is taking ownership of the completion and maintenance of all company paperwork in a timely, accurate andefficient manner in line with Oracle guidelines. We expect this person to attend any relevant training course which is set toimprove knowledge and expertise on the Oracle Hospitality ial Skills, Education and Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years' experience in the Hotel industry working in a front of house role is a minimum requirement.
  • A strong experience with IT solutions implementation in the Hotel or Hospitality Sector is desirable but not essential.
  • The position requires to be Italian mother tongue and fluent in English. Every additional language is a plus as many of the teams involved arespread across the world.
  • The position is based in Italy, with possible travel within and outside of the EMEA region as required.
  • As a member of the Consulting organization, the intermediate implementation professional analyzes customer needs, configures the solution, and installs it at the customer site.

    Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational work flow for multiple concepts, users, and service models. Resolve any gaps in functionality. Train the staff on the use of the new solution, and take the site live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer. After "go-live", provide technical support to the customer.
