Che cosa farai Effettuerai analisi tecnico-economiche della regolamentazione e della normativa Gas & Power in evoluzione per valutarne gli impatti economici nel medio-lungo periodo le possibili mitigazioni e le potenzialità per il Gruppo ENGIE;Individuerai potenziali aree di rischio regolatorio proponendo soluzioni strategie utili a garantirne una gestione efficace;
Contribuirai alla definizione del posizionamento aziendale traducendo le strategie di sviluppo in azioni coerenti di advocacy istituzionale regolatoria di breve medio/lungo periodo in via diretta ed in via associativa;
Analizzerai esigenze priorità delle funzioni business verificandone stato fattibilità individuando soluzioni applicative da proporre nei tavoli associativi presidiati;
Gestirai i rapporti con l'Autorità Regolare Ministeri ed Parlamentari rilevanti Enti Tecnici Istituzionali mantenendo dialogo con gli stakeholder del settore contribuendo alla definizione di strategie regolatorie;
Aggiornerai gli stakeholder su normative nuovi provvedimenti impatti rilevanti contribuire ai report aziendali preparare analisi specifiche per risolvere criticità..
