Our client Sabaf is a multinational company leader in the its market, with over 70 years of history and listed on the stock exchange.

For a newly created Business Unit, within SABAF Induction R&D Center in Busto Arsizio (VA), we are looking for an Electronic Quality Manager, with the responsibility ensuring flawless quality and reliability to SABAF's Induction Systems, defining and executing proper quality assurance plans and procedures to release robust products in the market.


  • Location: Busto Arsizio (VA)
    The Role:

The Electronic Quality Manager will work with a multi-disciplinary group of professionals in order to ensure the perfect flawless integration of the respective part of the design.
Prepare Quality Risk Assessment and define Quality Plans.

  • Perform analysis on experimental data creating specific reports.
  • Closely collaborate with theR&D and process engineers to develop the best technical solutions to address quality issues.
  • Propose and implement test.
  • Manage and maintain/update new products approvals with third party bodies.
  • Manage the Laboratory Quality system, training other colleagues on the procedures of the Laboratory.
  • Manage external customers and support them through all the process from the initial quotation, test plan definition, results delivery.
  • Monitor and update KPI regarding customers satisfaction, handling claims and corrective actions

Educational and Professional Requirements:


  • Master degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering is a musthave.
  • At least 2years of experience in Quality control and assurance roles, preferably in the white goods or consumer electronics industries.
  • Ability to work in team, Result oriented, Creative with a problem solving mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in solving practical issues and engaging crossfunctional teams of multiple process partners to a consensus.
  • Fluent Italian and English languages.
