comparison with major competitors' offerings in terms of productDevelops ad hoc benchmarking on specific product detailsBuilds presentations of the benchmarking results and participates in discussion for implementation of product changesProvides quantitative and qualitative insights regarding business performance to support and guide commercial strategiesMarket watch and analysisDevelops market studies on macro-economic context, real estate, consumer credit, and automotive marketMonitors and analyses specific studies on insurance topicsReportingDevelops quantitative and qualitative reporting on Italian and international markets on both business results and main projects updateProduct DevelopmentSupport to Head of Marketing in designing/restyling products and servicesCustomer Satisfaction ManagementSupports in conducting Customer Satisfaction projects in order to monitor specific KPIs to verify the quality of products and servicesTurns analysis of results into insights and action plans for implementation*Other duties as required/assigned to fulfil requirements of post#J-18808-Ljbffr
