WHAT YOU'LL DO:


You will play a crucial role within the Boston Consulting Group's EMC Marketing department with focus on Italian business, assisting the efforts of reinforcing BCG's positioning within the Italian business community.

You will support the Marketing Team in all BCG Event organization and management, along with the required networking and institutional activities.


YOU'RE GOOD AT:

You will support all the activities, concerning the coordination of the in-site and off-site events:

  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders (HR, Employer Branding, Clients, External Parties), supervising all the logistic aspects of all the events, including requests, analysis, comparison and validation of quotations, contract and invoices management;
  • Coordinating and supervising internal staff and suppliers involved in the event organization (i

e:
cleaning, logistics, catering, site inspections for event preparation and dismantling or for new external locations,)

  • Managing events' calendar over time;
  • Scouting and analyzing new suppliers when needed in collaboration with Purchasing;
  • Supporting the preparation of proposal/analysis for on/offsite events;
  • Participating and supporting in special project as part of the team and in collaboration with other departments as well as Consulting Team.
  • The support will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • Good knowledge and/or prior relevant experience of main duties, scheduling and structural activities related to events organization;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
  • Very good relationship management skills, and ability to interact with different levels of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Good knowledge and awareness of external locations for meeting and incentives;
  • Professional, proactive and organized personality, with a strong attitude to deadlines;
  • Ability to work in team and independently with little supervision and to prioritize workload;
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately;
  • At least intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
