We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and organised Administration Specialist to join our talented team in Milan.


About the role


As an Administration Specialist you will join our Administration/Finance Team and you will work closely with the Administration Manager and collaborate with our accounting studies, contributing to the management of general accounting.


Your responsibilities
- accounting entries of receipts and payments through the Netsuite platform;
- back office activities (office purchasing management, mailbox management);
- electronic invoicing (registration of passive electronic invoices);


You have a degree in economics or a diploma in accountancy and you have at least 6 months' experience in similar roles, acquiring skills in accounting, administration, back office and electronic invoicing.

Strong organizational skills, problem solving orientation and the ability to work in a team complete the profile.
