Hudson Italy is the italian branch of Hudson Group, an international sports & fashion distributor and retailer based in Malta.

In Italy, we primarily represent our home grown sneaker store; Urban Jungle, with more than 12 stores across the country, as well as Black Box with 3 flagship stores in Italy only.

Urban Jungle has been taken internationally across European and North African cities. The sneaker store concept is present in top cities including Rome, Naples,Casablanca, Rabat, Algier and Lagos.

Black Box is a new concept store with a selection of international and asian brands, limited editions and exclusive collaborations.

Black Box is the perfect space for fashion streetwear lovers, where pioneers and early adopters can find their top tier sneakers, and is present in Rome, Naples and Bari.

We are expanding our Merch&Plan team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Preseason planning_
Partner with Merchandising and retail team to develop a bottom up demand forecast in order to meet financial objectives in terms of revenue and margn
Option count (SKU) rationalization
OTB management
In season trading:_
Monthly Demand forecast review and submission
Weekly replenishment of stocks according to store performance through new automatic tool
Partner with Merchandising on Promo strategies/MSS/ESS
Reporting:_
Building new reports and Monitor sellin, sellout, sellthough, weeks of Cover in order to inform relevant stakeholders
End of season_
Distressed goods management (Excess and Obsolete) by partnering with Retail and Merch team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Undergraduate or recently graduated in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
Proficient in all Microsoft tools, particularly excel.
Service and results oriented, well developed analytical skills, well organize and rigorous. Curious, proactive and team oriented.
Ability to plan and prioritize and work well under pressure and with sense of urgency
Dynamics 365 knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English
