We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Trainee.As a Payroll Trainee, you will be responsible for time attendance control and input, as well as managing basic queries related to time attendance and labor law.
You will also assist in ticket management and provide support for any labor law inquiries.ACCOUNTABILITIES Control and input time attendance data accurately and efficientlyManage basic queries related to time attendance and provide appropriate solutionsAssist in ticket management and ensure timely resolution of issuesStay updated with labor laws and regulations to provide accurate information to employeesAnalyze payroll data and generate reports as requiredCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth payroll operationsHandle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them effectivelyMaintain precise and organized records of payroll activitiesContinuously learn and adapt to changes in payroll processes and systemsBuild and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levelsSKILLS and CAPABILITIES Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze data effectivelyMentally curious and eager to learn new concepts and skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with precisionExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksFluent in written and spoken EnglishStrong interpersonal skills and ability to handle relationships at different levelsIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for payroll and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
