Maintenance Associate

Full-time Permanent

Within this position you will support initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery, Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability across multiple centres.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higherlevel maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
  • Comply with company standards.
  • Maintain and build competency in compliance with the Competency Management System.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience:


  • 15 years' experience in a relevant/similar role.

Competencies/Qualifications:


  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Engineering or Industry specific qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a maintenance position.
